Will I lose any data?
No. The system automatically backs up all supported data before migration day. Your account, token balance, and supported workflows will be fully available after the upgrade.
Are my points safe?
Yes. Your point balance is automatically converted to tokens at a 1:10 ratio on migration day. No action required from you.
Will I lose any remaining time on my Premium plan?
No. When transitioned to the Basic plan in the new system, all remaining active duration from your old Premium plan will be preserved and carried over completely.
What do I need to do before the migration?
Nothing. The migration is fully automatic. You may want to note which of your workflows are Google Image or Google Suggest type, as those will not be available after migration.
What happens to my Google Image workflows?
These workflows will not be imported into the new system because Google Image search is no longer a supported workflow type. If needed, you can recreate similar functionality using the Customize workflow type.
