Welcome to Traffic4SEO. By using our service, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Traffic4SEO ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the service.
2. Definitions
- "We", "Us", "Our": Traffic4SEO and its affiliates
- "You", "User": Individual or organization using the service
- "Workflow Owner": Person who creates and pays to run workflows
- "Executor": Person who runs workflows and earns tokens
- "Tokens": Virtual currency unit within the platform
- "Workflow": Browser automation script
3. Account Registration
3.1 Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and update account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login information
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the security of your password
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
Important: Do not share your account or login information with others. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from account sharing.
4. Use of Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Create legal workflows for SEO purposes
- Run others' workflows to earn tokens
- Buy, sell, and transfer tokens according to regulations
- Use the API and desktop app according to instructions
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You MUST NOT:
❌ Create workflows to:
- Spam, fraud, or phishing
- Hack or breach systems
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Collect data illegally
- Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- Engage in illegal activities
❌ Abuse the system:
- DDoS or attack the system
- Create multiple fake accounts
- Cheat with tokens or escrow
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Bypass rate limiting
❌ Fraud:
- Fake workflow executions
- Manipulate success rates
- File false disputes
- Money laundering
Violation = Immediate Ban and forfeiture of all tokens in your account.
5. Tokens & Payments
5.1 Purchasing Tokens
- Tokens are purchased through supported payment methods
- Token prices may change over time
- All transactions are final and non-refundable
5.2 Earning Tokens
- Tokens are earned by successfully running workflows
- We reserve the right to verify the validity of executions
- Fraudulent tokens will be revoked
5.3 Transferring Tokens
- You can transfer tokens to other users
- Platform fee: 2% per transaction
- Direct transfer transactions cannot be undone
- Escrow transfers can be cancelled before confirmation
5.4 Refunds
Tokens are NOT refundable in the following cases:
- You change your mind
- Workflow fails due to your error
- Violation of terms of service
- Account is banned
Tokens MAY be refunded if:
- Technical error from the system
- Duplicate charge occurred
- Executor did not perform the received workflow
6. Escrow & Disputes
6.1 Escrow System
- Tokens are held in escrow when a workflow is activated
- Released only upon successful execution
- Automatically refunded if the workflow fails
6.2 Disputes
Workflow Owner can dispute if:
- Workflow did not run correctly
- Screenshots do not match requirements
- Executor cheated
Executor can dispute if:
- Workflow has technical issues
- Requirements are unclear
- Owner refuses payment unreasonably
Dispute Process:
- File within 24 hours of execution
- Provide evidence (screenshots, logs)
- The other party has 48 hours to respond
- Admin reviews and decides (3-5 days)
False disputes will result in an account ban.
7. Service Plans
7.1 Types of Plans
- Free: Free, basic limits
- Basic: Monthly fee, basic limits
- Pro: Monthly fee, advanced limits
7.2 Recurring Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly
- Automatically renewed unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the cycle
- No refunds for unused time
7.3 Upgrading/Downgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect from the next cycle
- No refund for price difference
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Rights
Traffic4SEO owns all rights to:
- Platform, code, design
- Logo, trademarks
- Documentation, guides
- API, desktop app
8.2 Your Rights
You own:
- Workflows you create
- Data you upload
- Tokens you purchase/earn
However, you grant us the right to use your workflows to:
- Distribute to executors
- Display in the marketplace (if public)
- Improve the service
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 "AS IS" Service
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding:
- 100% uptime
- Freedom from errors
- Specific results
- Compatibility with all systems
9.2 We are NOT Liable
For any damages arising from:
- Loss of tokens due to your error
- Failed workflows
- Downtime or technical errors
- Conduct of other users
- Loss of data
- Business losses
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
10.1 We May Suspend/Ban Accounts
In the following cases:
- Violation of terms of service
- Fraudulent activity
- System abuse
- Non-payment
- Request by authorities
10.2 You May Delete Your Account
- Contact support to request deletion
- Remaining tokens will NOT be refunded
- Data will be deleted according to GDPR (where applicable)
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Change terms at any time
- Notify via email or platform
- Require re-acceptance for major changes
Continued use after changes = you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.
