Welcome to Traffic4SEO. By using our service, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Traffic4SEO ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the service.

2. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our": Traffic4SEO and its affiliates
  • "You", "User": Individual or organization using the service
  • "Workflow Owner": Person who creates and uses tokens to run workflows
  • "Executor": Person who runs workflows and receives tokens
  • "Tokens": Internal technical index (Utility Points) representing usage limits for automation tools on the platform. Tokens are not money, financial assets, or cryptocurrencies.
  • "Workflow": Browser automation script

3. Account Registration

3.1 Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login information

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

{danger} Important: Do not share your account or login information with others. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from account sharing.

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

  • Create legal workflows for SEO purposes
  • Run others' workflows to receive tokens
  • Use and transfer tokens according to regulations
  • Use the API and desktop app according to instructions

4.2 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

You MUST NOT:

❌ Click Fraud (Ad Fraud):

  • Create or run workflows that automatically click on advertisement banners, online ad networks, or social media ads to drain advertising budgets or fraudulently generate ad revenue.

❌ Negative SEO & Sabotage:

  • Direct spam traffic, traffic from malicious sources, or blacklisted IPs to competitors' websites to damage their reputation, sabotage SEO metrics, or harm third-party search rankings.

❌ Denial of Service Attacks (DDoS / CC Attack):

  • Utilize high-volume traffic or orchestrate rapid request scripts (HTTP Flood, CC Attack, DDoS) to disrupt, overload, or cause downtime for others' websites or servers.

❌ Automation of Illegal Activities:

  • Automate bulk account registrations, spam comments/forums, distribute phishing content, spread malware/viruses, or engage in any unlawful activities.

❌ System Abuse & Fraud:

  • Create multiple fake accounts, cheat tokens or escrow, reverse engineer the platform, or bypass rate limiting boundaries.
  • Fake workflow executions, manipulate success rates, or submit false dispute claims.

{danger} Violation = Immediate Account Ban without prior notice and forfeiture of all tokens in your account.

4.3 Anonymous Traffic Policy & Social Account Non-Use Commitment

Traffic4SEO is built on principles of sustainable, secure, and transparent development:

  • Anonymous Traffic Philosophy: The platform strictly focuses on providing anonymous and natural traffic solutions (Anonymous Traffic) simulating organic user browsing behavior (Organic Search, Direct Visit).
  • Strict Non-Use of Social Login Accounts: Traffic4SEO's workflow engine and traffic execution tools are strictly developed without integrating, requiring, or allowing social media login accounts (such as Google, Facebook, or any other social platforms) within automated traffic execution scripts.
  • Prevention of Illegal Account Marketplaces: This policy strictly prevents creating or stimulating underground marketplaces for buying, selling, or consuming compromised/cloned social media accounts to fuel traffic tools.

5. Tokens & Payments

5.1 Nature & Issuance of Tokens

  • Tokens are issued/granted as bonus items with Subscription Plans. The platform does not sell Tokens individually as money or standalone goods.
  • All subscription plan transactions are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate charges caused by payment gateway technical errors as specified in Section 5.5.

5.2 Earning Tokens

  • Tokens are earned by successfully running workflows.
  • We reserve the right to verify the validity of executions.
  • Fraudulent tokens will be revoked.

5.3 Transferring Tokens

  • You can transfer tokens to other users via the platform's technical tools.
  • System maintenance fee: 1% - 2% per transaction charged exclusively in internal Tokens to operate infrastructure. The platform strictly charges zero commission/fees in cash/fiat on P2P user transactions.
  • Direct transfer transactions cannot be undone.
  • Escrow transfers can be cancelled before confirmation.

5.4 No Buyback & No Cash-Out (No Buyback / No Cash-Out)

  • The platform does not buy back Tokens from users in any form (No Buyback/Cash-out).
  • The platform does not peg prices, set exchange rates, or guarantee liquidity for Tokens.

5.5 Refund Policy

To prevent any confusion between cash payments (Fiat) for subscription plans and internal Token management, the refund policy is defined as follows:

A. Fiat Refund (Cash Refund)

  • No cash refund for purchased service plans if the user changes their mind or if the account is banned due to terms violations.
  • 100% Cash Refund: Applicable strictly when a technical payment gateway error causes duplicate charges for the same subscription billing cycle. The overcharged amount will be refunded to the user's original payment method after technical reconciliation.

B. Internal Token Refund

  • Tokens are NOT refunded in the following cases:

    • You change your mind after depositing tokens into escrow.
    • Workflow fails due to configuration or script errors caused by the Workflow Owner.
    • Account is banned due to terms violations.

  • Tokens MAY be automatically refunded to escrow/account if:

    • System infrastructure technical errors disrupt execution.
    • Executor fails to perform or cancels the accepted workflow within the designated timeframe.

6. Listing Infrastructure & Direct P2P Transfers

6.1 Nature of Listing Infrastructure & P2P Tools

The platform purely provides listing/connecting infrastructure (Listing Platform) and P2P technical tools for users to actively transact and exchange workflows/tokens. The platform is strictly not a digital asset exchange or cryptocurrency exchange.

6.2 Escrow System & Technical Timed-Lock

  • Tokens are held in escrow (technical timed-lock) when a workflow is activated.
  • Released only upon successful execution.
  • Automatically refunded if the workflow fails.
  • Escrow is purely a technical feature to verify execution, not a cash payment intermediary service.

6.3 Disputes

Workflow Owner can dispute if:

  • Workflow did not run correctly
  • Screenshots do not match requirements
  • Executor cheated

Executor can dispute if:

  • Workflow has technical issues
  • Requirements are unclear
  • Owner refuses confirmation unreasonably

Dispute Process:

  1. File within 24 hours of execution
  2. Provide evidence (screenshots, logs)
  3. The other party has 48 hours to respond
  4. Admin reviews and decides (3-5 days)

{warning} False disputes will result in an account ban.

6.4 P2P Transfer Disclaimer

{warning} P2P Transfer Disclaimer: The platform purely provides information display space (Marketplace/Listing) and P2P technical tools. The platform is not a party to transactions, does not act as a cash payment escrow, does not guarantee liquidity, does not set prices, and does not collect any percentage commission fees on direct transactions between Users. All agreed transactions between Users are voluntary civil transactions, and the parties are solely responsible for any legal/tax obligations arising (if any).

7. Service Plans (Subscription Plans)

7.1 Types of Plans

  • Free: Free, basic limits
  • Basic: Monthly fee, basic limits
  • Pro: Monthly fee, advanced limits

7.2 Recurring Payments & Invoices/Accounting Records

  • Paid plans are billed monthly
  • Automatically renewed unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the cycle
  • No refunds for unused time
  • Invoices & Accounting Records Regulation: Invoices and accounting records strictly list "Software Service Fee / Membership Subscription Fee", never issuing invoices for "Sale of X Tokens".

7.3 Upgrading/Downgrading

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect from the next cycle
  • No refund for price difference

8. Tax Obligations & Legal Responsibilities under Vietnamese Law

8.1 User Tax Responsibility in P2P Transactions

All P2P civil transactions arising between Users (transfer, exchange of Tokens or workflows) are direct civil transactions between individuals/organizations outside the platform. Sellers/transfers in P2P civil transactions are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes (such as Value Added Tax - VAT, Personal Income Tax - PIT) under applicable Vietnamese law and local tax laws of the user's jurisdiction.

8.2 Platform Tax Exemption

The platform does not declare or pay taxes on behalf of users. The platform is completely exempt from all tax obligations and legal liabilities arising from civil agreements or direct payment transactions between Users.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Our Rights

Traffic4SEO owns all rights to:

  • Platform, code, design
  • Logo, trademarks
  • Documentation, guides
  • API, desktop app

9.2 Your Rights

You own:

  • Workflows you create
  • Data you upload
  • Tokens you receive/earn

However, you grant us the right to use your workflows to:

  • Distribute to executors
  • Display in the marketplace (if public)
  • Improve the service

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 "AS IS" Service

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding:

  • 100% uptime
  • Freedom from errors
  • Specific results
  • Compatibility with all systems

10.2 We are NOT Liable

For any damages arising from:

  • Loss of tokens due to your error
  • Failed workflows
  • Downtime or technical errors
  • Conduct of other users
  • Loss of data
  • Business losses

{danger} Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

11.1 Account Suspension, Ban & Law Enforcement Cooperation

We reserve the right to suspend, ban accounts, or terminate services in the following cases:

  • Violation of any terms of service.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, cyberattacks, or system abuse.
  • Non-payment or upon lawful requests from law enforcement/regulatory authorities.

{warning} Law Enforcement Cooperation: In cases where activity exhibiting signs of criminal violations (such as DDoS attacks, phishing, or malware distribution) is detected, or upon written request from competent Law Enforcement Authorities or Regulatory Bodies, Traffic4SEO reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold pending transaction Tokens, and disclose system audit logs (Audit Logs, IP addresses, execution history) to assist investigations in compliance with applicable laws.

11.2 You May Delete Your Account

  • Contact support to request deletion
  • Remaining tokens will NOT be refunded
  • Data will be deleted according to GDPR (where applicable)

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Change terms at any time
  • Notify via email or platform
  • Require re-acceptance for major changes

Continued use after changes = you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.
